Your first visit

New to this?
You’re welcome here.

You do not need to arrive knowing the movements. A first class is a chance to become familiar with the space and find a comfortable starting point.

01

Choose a gentle beginning.

Foundations is the introductory class in this fictional studio. It offers a slower pace and time to ask questions. Read the class descriptions, then choose the experience that feels closest to where you are starting.

02

Bring the essentials.

Comfortable clothing you can move in and a water bottle are useful starting points. A real studio would confirm its equipment, footwear, and arrival requirements before your first visit.

  • Choose clothing that lets you move comfortably
  • Allow time to arrive and settle in
  • Tell the instructor about relevant needs before class
03

Let the conversation guide you.

You can ask about the pace, group size, and alternatives for particular movements before booking. If you have an injury, medical concern, or pregnancy-related question, seek appropriate clinical advice and discuss suitability with the real studio.

Keep exploring.
